Where do your products come from?
Our coir products are sourced directly from South India, a region known for its high-quality coconut cultivation and traditional coir craftsmanship. We work closely with trusted manufacturers and communities who have generations of experience in producing natural coir fibre.

How are the materials sourced?
The coir we use is extracted from mature coconuts collected from farmers across South India. We build relationships with local farming communities to ensure fair practices, consistent quality, and responsible harvesting. By sourcing directly from farmers, we help support rural livelihoods while maintaining full transparency in our supply chain.

How are the products processed?
Once the raw husks are collected, they undergo a multi-stage cleaning and processing method. The fibres are soaked, retted, mechanically extracted, and then thoroughly washed. This process removes impurities, sands, salts, and unwanted residues to achieve clean, uniform coir fibre suitable for agriculture, horticulture, and industrial use.

Are the products low in electrical conductivity (EC)?
Yes. All our coir products are processed and rinsed to ensure low Electrical Conductivity (EC) levels. This makes them safe for plant growth, hydroponic applications, and sensitive root systems. The coir is washed multiple times using clean water, tested for EC values, and graded before it is packaged.

Is your coir environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. Coir is a renewable, biodegradable by-product of the coconut industry. By using coir, we help reduce waste, promote sustainable farming, and support eco-friendly alternatives to peat and synthetic materials.

Do you work directly with mills or suppliers?
Yes. We partner directly with selected coir mills in South India that follow quality standards, ethical labour practices, and sustainable manufacturing methods. This direct relationship ensures consistency, transparency, and the ability to customise products based on customer needs.
